Woooo the site is finally back!

Hi, everyone. You're probably wondering just where the fuck I've been for the past month. For once, I took a hiatus that I wasn't completely responsible for.

I had originally taken a couple weeks off. After all this time, I finally had to come to grips with the fact that I have a disability, and I can't maintain the energy I had from 2020-2022, a time where I couldn't not write or make something. Basically, I figured out that I was dealing with the dreaded Autistic Burnout, and it kept me from doing stuff.

Well, that's what I would have liked to have posted at the beginning of April, but my webhost shit the bed and their servers went down for about a month. When they finally came back, I discovered that my Wordpress installation was completely fucked; the many plugins you have to use to make it not be dogshit and more like how it was used in the mid-late 2000s were broken, and the actual appearance of the site was in shambles. On the plus side, I have been looking for a good time to stop using Wordpress these last couple of years, and this was the time. Of course, converting several years of posts, and redesigning an entire web site to be a whole landing page for my work had its own issues and setbacks, so that was more time lost. Plus, I was having some issues with my real life home that needed to be dealt with that ran in opposition to my squeamish nature.

I think everything has finally calmed down? There's still a little work left to be done here for the site; need to reimpliment a comment system, and finish tagging all of the posts, because I no longer have access to a search bar function to do all the work for me. As far as writing and drawing? Hopefully I'll have something ready to go this weekend? Anyways, hope you all like the new site, and be sure to update your RSS readers accordingly.
